One of the main problems any business faces is that other companies are always trying to steal business secrets. In some cases, they may do so by have an employee who is a mole, tapping your phone calls, intercepting emails. At other times, they may hire a senior person who is privy to business secrets. A good way to prevent this problem is to minimize the number of employees and automate everything.
